What RefuelExpress Does

RefuelExpress helps CNG drivers find participating stations, view available time slots, and manage slot bookings. Station managers use the service to update station availability, slot capacity, and operational status.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to create accounts, operate bookings, and support the service.

• Mobile number for OTP login and account identification.
• Name, vehicle class, preferred language, and optional vehicle registration.
• Booking details such as station, slot date, slot time, token number, and booking status.
• Approximate or precise location only when you allow the app to use location for finding nearby stations.
• Payment status and payment reference details when membership payments are enabled.
• Basic technical logs needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

How We Use Information

• To verify users through OTP login.
• To show nearby CNG stations and available booking slots.
• To create, display, update, or cancel bookings.
• To notify users about booking, station, service, or maintenance updates.
• To prevent misuse, spam, fraud, unauthorized access, and service abuse.
• To improve app reliability and customer support.

Payments

When online payments are enabled, payments are processed through a payment provider. RefuelExpress does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, or bank login credentials. Payment providers may process information according to their own privacy and security policies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers such as SMS providers, hosting providers, payment providers, and security tools when required to operate the app.

Security

We use HTTPS for data in transit and apply access controls, database protection, hashed authentication tokens, and security monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep user data protected.

Data Retention

We keep account and booking information as long as needed for service operation, legal, accounting, security, and support purposes. Short-lived OTP records are used only for login verification and are not intended for long-term storage.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide optional information such as vehicle registration. You can also deny location permission, though nearby station features may be less accurate.
